Our gym staff consists of Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists, Certified Athletic Trainers, Corrective Exercise Specialists and Certified Sports Performance Specialists. They hold Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Exercise Science and/or Athletic Training. They will design a personalized program based on your individual needs.
